Job Summary:
- Summarize and review stability data to ensure Apotex commercial products’ shelf lives are supported.
- Provide required stability data to customers for their compliance files.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Stability Summary Reports within compliance timelines.
- Ensure reports are correct and complete per Apotex procedures.
- Provide summary reports for special projects and evaluations for internal/external customers.
- Review stability data from third-party affiliates for compliance.
- Perform Stability Impact Assessments for out-of-trend results.
- Review and evaluate stability data to identify significant trends and justify approved shelf life.
- Provide Annual Stability Review contributions for APQR; escalate adverse trends to the Assistant Manager.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure adherence to compliance programs, global quality policies, safety and HR policies.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master’s Degree in Science / Pharmacy.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical Quality Control systems.
- Knowledge of stability requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
- Ability to escalate critical stability data issues promptly.
