Key Responsibilities
● Oversee and manage day-to-day chemical production operations—batch or continuous processes—based on standard operating procedures and work instructions.
● Operate, clean, and troubleshoot production equipment (e.g., reactors, filters, mixers, centrifuges).
● Maintain production documentation, including Batch Production Records (BPRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and GMP-compliant records.
● Monitor environmental and operational conditions during production to ensure safety and quality.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QA, Maintenance), escalating deviations or safety concerns promptly.
● Implement and maintain 5S, TPM, or other continuous improvement frameworks to enhance workplace efficiency and organization.
● Assist in the safe handling and labeling of raw materials and manufactured products, ensuring regulatory compliance.
● Support process optimization through data analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
