Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain engaging scientific content across multiple formats including scientific narratives, MSL materials, infographics, FAQs, and digital communication platforms.
- Provide accurate, focused, and scientifically balanced responses to medical information inquiries from healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and compliance with industry regulations.
- Perform literature searches, translate complex scientific data into clear messaging, and conduct medical accuracy reviews.
- Contribute to process improvements, digital content adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic medical planning for product launches, data updates, and congress activities.
- Lead or participate in workstreams including scientific content creation, medical information services, and digital innovation projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent).
- 3–4 years in scientific communications or related pharmaceutical/biotech roles.
- Expertise in clinical and healthcare systems, scientific literature analysis, and medical writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience in digital content creation, strategy, and mentoring team members (for senior roles).
- Understanding of local regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in medical affairs.
