Job Description
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management and clinical operations. The position requires maintaining study trackers, updating essential files, coordinating investigator payments, managing clinical trial documents, and ensuring smooth communication between functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day study activities.
- Prepare and maintain clinical trial trackers for assigned projects.
- Ensure timely updates of TMF/E-TMF and Site Master Files as per SOPs.
- Coordinate the timely disbursal of Investigator payments based on invoices.
- Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and data flow.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and provide project updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, correspondence, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc., M.Pharm., B.Pharm., BAMS, BHMS, Dentist, or similar background in medical sciences.
- Experience: 0–2 years in clinical research, preferably as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
