Job Summary
The Senior Research Associate – Chemical Research will lead initiatives in cost reduction, process improvement, and lab safety, and support scale-up and plant commissioning activities in R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement cost-saving and process optimization strategies for existing products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed documentation for R&D projects.
- Develop SOPs for data management and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in fine chemicals R&D.
- Strong expertise in lab safety, data management, and process optimization.
- Project management, organizational skills, and knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE).
