Eligibility Criteria:
A chemistry or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred.
Skills:
- Knowledge of quality management system – FSSC22000, and quality program GMP/ Hygienic design, familiar with legal food safety requirements, food process technology.
- Problem-solving skill and systematic thinking
- Communication and influencing skill
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Drive the implementation of GMP on-site in compliance with the Mars GMP/ GHP standard, including GMP for production/ engineering and contractor, etc.
- Document control system management including the Nexus system.
- Develop the quality system training material and training plan and follow the implement
- CAPA system follow-up to make sure all CAPA is not overdue.
- Prepare the management review report material.
- Verify the system procedure and regulation requirement compliance in the process.
- Coordinate change management assessment in the site level.
- Complete any other projects assigned by QA Manager.
