To develop, optimize, and execute the process for APIs, ensuring timely implementation and compliance within budget and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities for Latest MSc Chemistry Jobs at Cipla
1. API Process Development in Lab:
- Conduct literature survey, route selection, and prepare development strategy
- Execute lab experiments and maintain detailed records
- Optimize parameters for cost-effective and robust process outcomes
- Contribute to IP generation and innovation in processes or polymorphs
- Ensure safety compliance and apply green chemistry principles
2. Technology Transfer Preparation:
- Prepare technical documents like MPG, solubility charts, and development reports
- Coordinate with manufacturing for pilot, pre-validation, and validation batches
3. Regulatory Compliance Support:
- Conduct QbD, impurity profiling, genotoxic impurity synthesis and characterization
- Collaborate with QbD teams for experiment planning
4. Vendor Qualification Support:
- Perform experiments for raw material qualification
- Evaluate vendor samples and assist procurement in decision-making
5. Project Management:

Ensure checklist compliance for stage gate and milestone meetings
6. Problem Solving and Collaboration:
- Address delays from analytical results or procurement issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, QA, QC, IP, ADL, and Vendors
