Job Description
The Executive I – Colour Academy Technologist will focus on delivering structured training to painters and influencers, improving training quality, capturing field practices, and helping build professional painting capabilities in alignment with Asian Paints’ standards.
Key Responsibilities for Latest jobs for Chemistry Graduates
Training Quality Management & Market Practice Insights:
- Conduct post-training interviews and site visits to gather feedback
- Improve training quality based on feedback in coordination with BM – Training Content
- Perform monthly CUSP visits and update U&A portal
Training Delivery & Capability Building:
- Deliver training sessions as per guidelines from CA BM – Training Content
- Evaluate and train TA/helper painters on required skillsets
Participant Management:

Profile participants to tailor training delivery effectively
Support for New Trainers/Technologists:
- Share job roles and relevant reading materials (product info, safety manuals, etc.)
- Arrange workshops with technology/marketing teams
- Demonstrate training modules, address issues and queries, and manage logistics
Market Understanding:

Regularly capture market practices and share data with the Head Office for analysis
Qualifications for Latest jobs for Chemistry Graduates
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry with at least 50% marks
- OR Diploma in Paint Technology (VJTI/Garware Institute)
- Note: Engineering and MBA candidates are not eligible
- Good command of English and strong communication skills
