JOB RESPONSIBILITY
➢ Responsible for handling QMS Activity like: Change Control, Market Complaint, CAPA, Product Recall, OOS etc.
➢ Responsible for Review QA controlled documentation (Batch records, SOP’s)
➢ Responsible for maintain Product’s Approval documents
➢ To carryout Self-inspection (internal audits) of the facility to ensure GMP systems are being adhered to
➢ Responsible for Preparation Qualitative & Quantitative Formula
➢ Responsible for Preparation MSDS
➢ To provide the all documentation support to meet the local and international regulatory requirements
➢ Preparation & review of APQR
➢ Artwork checking
JOB PROFILE DURING DOCUMENTATION
➢ Issuance & retrieval of BMR & BPR
➢ Issuance monthly format to all departments & Maintain log book record
➢ Preparation of Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packaging Records
➢ Prepare SOP’s (During revision period) and ensure its implementation
➢ Artwork Checking
➢ Maintain Product approval records
