Job Description
As an Invitro Bioanalytical Scientist, your primary role will be to participate in sample processing for PK and ADME assays and manage LCMS/MS workflows. You will also be involved in optimizing test compounds, developing methods, and independently handling HPLC for UV-based sample analysis. Meticulous documentation and compound management are essential.

- Process different matrix samples for PK studies
- Optimize test compounds manually and with automation on LCMS/MS
- Develop methods in collaboration with the team lead
- Independently operate HPLC for UV-based analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage compound inventory
- Adhere to safety guidelines and EHS protocols
- Support preventative maintenance of instruments
- Present data in departmental meetings and contribute to project reports
Qualifications for MPharm Jobs At Syngene

Education: M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmaceutical Analysis

Experience: 3–5 years in ADME assays, HPLC, and LCMS/MS

Skills:
- Expertise in column and mobile phase selection, solvent preparation, and sample processing
- Knowledge of protein precipitation, LLE, SPE, and LC-MS method development
- Basic understanding of Mass/UV spectra interpretation and DMPK principles
- Capable of literature research and scientific communication
- Experience coordinating maintenance schedules with vendors.
