External Job Description
QA chemist to handle all daily sample testing, chemical, and quantitative tests.
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry (preferred) or a related discipline in Chemical Science.
Experience:
Prior experience in a quality assurance or chemical testing role is highly desirable, especially in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in handling analytical instruments such as GC (Gas Chromatography), IR (Infrared Spectroscopy), and HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography).

Strong understanding of chemicals, glassware usage, and standard lab practices.

Familiarity with SAP for reporting and data entry.
Other Requirements:

Good knowledge of safety procedures and ISO documentation standards.

Ability to work independently and in team settings.

Willingness to contribute to process improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of instruments like GC, IR, and HPLC

- Making daily reports of RM/PM/Batches
- Ensuring compliance with safety processes
- Updating ledgers and files as per ISO requirements
- Conducting audits and customer complaint analysis
- Providing necessary support for deviant batch analysis
- Referring technical issues to the appropriate personnel
