Chemical Engineering Job at Jubilant – Key Responsibilities:
- Process & Compliance:
- Execute chemical operations as per BPRs, SOPs, WIs, and safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate documentation aligned with IMS, RC, and cGMP standards.
- Shift & Resource Management:
- Plan shift-wise activities and assign responsibilities to chemists.
- Ensure availability of utilities (DM water, nitrogen, steam) before starting processes.
- Production & Quality Control:
- Operate the pilot plant to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Verify batch records and maintain production logbooks meticulously.
- Safety & Training:
- Uphold a safe working environment by managing permits and following safety norms.
- Promote team training and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Chemical Engineering Job at Jubilant – Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Experience: 1–3 years in chemical manufacturing/pilot plant operations
- Skills Required:
- Understanding of chemical processes, batch operations, and utilities
- Familiar with safety standards and documentation practices
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
