Key Responsibilities:

Develop formulations for new skincare and makeup products that meet global quality standards

Introduce innovative ingredients and technologies to stay ahead of market trends

Conduct safety and efficacy testing for product quality assurance

Assist in setting up state-of-the-art R&D labs, including equipment selection and SOPs

Collaborate with product, marketing, and manufacturing teams for seamless product development

Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for all formulations and tests

Ensure compliance with global cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU, etc.)
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in cosmetic product formulation, preferably in makeup and skincare

Deep knowledge of international cosmetic regulations

Proven track record of R&D lab setup and innovation

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred:

Experience developing products for multiple international markets

Knowledge of sustainable product development practices

Familiarity with regulatory documentation for global submissions
