Trainee Research Associate Freshers Job – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synthesis, purification, and characterization of chemical intermediates
- Deliver small to large quantities of novel chemical entities (NCEs) for drug discovery
- Collaborate effectively with internal project teams to meet discovery targets
- Apply strong organic chemistry knowledge, including reaction mechanisms and transformations
- Utilize techniques such as:
- Thin-layer chromatography (TLC)
- Column chromatography
- Extraction methods
- Understand analytical tools: NMR, IR, Mass Spectrometry
- Maintain high safety standards and documentation in lab settings
- Stay updated with good laboratory practices (GLP) and chemistry protocols
