About the Role

As an Associate – Technical Services, you will play a crucial role in executing packaging design, design history file (DHF) activities, design verification, and GMP documentation for injectable products. This role directly contributes to the successful execution of the product lifecycle, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and technical readiness for product transfers and submissions.

BPharm/MPharm Job at Endo – Key Responsibilities

  • Review product requirements and design change parts for injectable packaging machines.
  • Develop and assess primary and secondary packaging compatibility, and coordinate with production to ensure line feasibility.
  • Provide technical support for Design Controls for combination products, such as pre-filled syringes (PFS).
  • Prepare, review, and approve design verification/validation protocols and reports for combination products.
  • Author and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Design Control and DHF documents.
  • Initiate material code creation/extensions and prepare PPM/SPM specifications.
  • Execute compatibility studies and design secondary packaging for injectable formulations.
  • Prepare documentation for technology transfer, including batch packaging records and packaging BOMs.
  • Support site-level execution of trial batches, engineering, submission, and PPQ batches.

BPharm/MPharm Job at Endo – Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy (Full-Time).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • DHF activities for combination products
    • Technology transfer in injectable packaging
    • GMP documentation practices
  • Strong documentation, collaboration, and technical execution skills are required.
