Job Description – Roles and Responsibilities for Executive Manufacturing:

Responsible for in-process production-related activities in DP manufacturing, filling, and packing sections

Preparation of batch manufacturing records, process validation protocol/report of DP area and its associated records

Responsible for calibration and qualification program of equipment of DP area

Execution and review of IQ, OQ, PQ of equipment

Perform the qualification/verification of equipment and compilation of PV documents of the DP Area as Executive Manufacturing

Handling of equipment and process related to DP manufacturing, filling, and packing sections

To manage product-related activity, in absence of the primary responsible person

To check and ensure all process activities in the plant comply with cGMP standards
-
To ensure safe working conditions, safe operating practices, and usage of PPE by all workers and staff
-
Ensure identification and resolution of engineering issues to ensure equipment and utility availability as per production planning and to prevent production loss

Check that all equipment used in the area is calibrated, qualified, clean, and in good condition for intended use

Ensure area, equipment cleanliness & environmental condition before commencement of manufacturing & packaging as Executive Manufacturing

Ensure that manufacturing & packaging of batches is carried out strictly as per BPCR/BPR procedures

Ensure availability of consumables and material required for the DP area

Ensure proper utilization of resources with high productivity and zero wastage

Ensure that all documents required for regulatory compliance are properly maintained. Check online record filling and timely submission to QA department
