Position Overview
Role: Application Specialist
Reporting to: Application Manager, India, SWA & SEA
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders in the Automation, Genomics, and Cell-Based assays space.
- Sales Support: Providing support to the sales team by developing sales tools, conducting product training, and assisting with customer presentations/demos.
- Technical Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using Automation and Genomics applications.
- Application Training: Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of Genomics and Automation applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- MSc/MTech in Biological Sciences/Chem Eng/Biotechnology
- At least 3-5 years of extensive Technical/Applications experience at Life sciences vendor companies
