Job Description

Prepare trending of events/incidents and ensure their complete closure.

Identify gaps in processes and provide appropriate training to analytical scientists to strengthen compliance.

Thoroughly review clinical batch release data, method validation protocols and reports, and clinical stability sample analyses as per cGMP and regulatory requirements as Senior Research Associate.

Ensure review of daily verification and calibration of pH meters, balances, and TOC systems.

Ensure review of calibration records of all analytical instruments and update the calibration planner in a timely manner.

Thoroughly review method development reports and investigation study reports.

Randomly review and cross-verify analytical instrument logbook entries and laboratory notebooks for compliance completeness.

Randomly review standard, column, and chemical management logbooks.

Ensure adherence to the in-house compliance system.

Randomly review QMS activities including change control, incident, and deviation records.

Maintain hygienic conditions in the laboratory as Senior Research Associate.

Follow GxP standards (GMP, GDP, GLP) for all processes.

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.

Review IQ/OQ and PQ documentation for instruments and equipment.
-
Ensure computer system validation according to CSV SOP and identify gaps in qualification documents.

Perform internal audits of AD and provide appropriate training to the AD team.

Accompany internal audits and provide responses to audit observations as Senior Research Associate.

Provide quarterly GDP/GLP/DI training to scientists to ensure compliance.

Track and monitor calibration planners and preventive maintenance planners.
