Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Head to lead our QA team and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will come from a chemical, production, or manufacturing background and bring strong leadership skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the entire Quality Assurance function for the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Manage quality audits – both internal and external – and oversee CAPA implementation.
• Work closely with R&D, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes.
• Manage quality documentation and ensure traceability and accountability in every step.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends, potential quality issues, and areas for improvement.
• Lead, train, and mentor the QA team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in QA, preferably from a chemical, cosmetics, or production/manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities.
