Position Summary: This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with Herbalife requirements and global procedures in Quality assurance and control for manufacturing, storage, and transportation of Herbalife raw and packing materials in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Quality Assurance:
- Monitor vendor processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct audits to improve quality and hygiene standards
- Communicate with vendors for process changes
- Handle rejections and complaints with root cause analysis
- Provide troubleshooting support for quality challenges
- Conduct training sessions on quality requirements
- Prepare and share reports regularly
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation or Post Graduation in Food Technology/Food Science/Pharma or related fields
Skills: Experience in Supplier/Vendor Quality Assurance, knowledge of Quality Control processes
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Nutraceutical/Pharma/Food/Ayurveda industry
Organizational Relationships:
This position will report directly to the Manager, Supplier Quality.
