Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc, or Life Sciences-related degrees
Number of Interviews – 3 rounds, for final round should have to come to the location
CTC – Depends upon your last CTC Minimum above 15k – 20k

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sample collection from different environments for microbial testing.
• Perform basic laboratory procedures such as staining, culturing, and plating microbes.
• Support senior microbiologists in maintaining and monitoring microbial cultures.
• Conduct routine tests on water, soil, or product samples for contamination or quality control.
• Record observations and maintain lab logs with accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure lab equipment is cleaned, sterilized, and calibrated before and after use.
• Follow SOPs, biosafety protocols, and lab hygiene standards strictly.
• Prepare culture media and assist in media quality control checks.
• Analyze microbial growth patterns under supervision using microscopes and other tools.
• Support documentation work required for audits or regulatory compliance.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Able to grow and maintain microbial cultures.
• Experienced in handling micro-culture techniques.
• Capable of planning and conducting microbiology
• Supports production activities in microbiological processes.
• Tracks and studies environmental microorganisms.
• Follows regular sampling schedules for testing.
• Collects and prepares samples accurately.
• Understands basic molecular testing methods.
• Identifies microbes using various lab techniques.
• Records and analyzes microbiological data clearly.
• Maintains accurate lab and production records.
• Interprets test results with precision.
• Has exposure to working in the fertilizers or pesticides industry.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Coimbatore.
• Comfortable working in a fixed day shift schedule.
• Pays strong attention to detail in lab work.
• Follows lab protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Works well in a team environment.
