BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in the Ed-Tech space
- Â Experienced in creating/overseeing chemistry content
- Good communication, reading, comprehension, and writing skills
- Â Experience teaching students preferably for competitive exams like IIT JEE in a reputed institute
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- B-Tech/ B E / Msc (Chemistry) or equivalent
- Creative skills: Experience in creating creative content artefacts
DESCRIPTION
They are looking for e-learning experts with experience in teaching/creating chemistry content and leading a team
The ideal candidate would have experience in creating chemistry-related content, leading a team of chemistry experts. He/she should be able to bring forth diverse ideas, do research and drive insights into the current and most effective pedagogy practices and happenings in the learning space.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation of chemistry content
- Understand priorities and maintain visibility into operations
- Understand processes end to end and act as a POC for chemistry-related matters
- Be able to dive deep into the best pedagogy practices in the world and bring forth recommendations with great data.
- Be able to contribute to the design of knowledge structure
- Be able to understand and surface operational limitations
- Should be able to influence the team and keep people motivated
