Operate plant as per SOP and Shift In-Charge instructions

Maintain online batch production records and GMP documentation

Carry out cleaning, loading/unloading, raw material handling

Take process readings and collect samples as per SOP

Maintain safety of man, material, and equipment

Support TPM, WCM, and 5S activities in the plant

Follow responsible care principles including EHSS

Follow permit systems and report any deviations
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of chemical processing equipment (reactors, filters, centrifuges)

Familiarity with DCS/PLC systems and distillation operations

Understanding of hazardous material handling and MSDS

Ability to adhere to safety, quality, and documentation norms
