Job Title: Bioanalytical Research Associate

Role & responsibilities:
• Bioanalytical Method Development & Validation: Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for the analysis of pharmaceutical compounds.
• Sample Processing & Analysis: Process and analyze biological samples for assigned research projects.
• Instrument Operation & Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS systems and other related analytical instruments.
• SOP Management: Prepare draft and final versions of Method and System SOPs; ensure all work is carried out in compliance with these SOPs and corresponding plans/protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and OECD GLP principles.
• Documentation & Log Maintenance: Check and maintain completeness of instrument logbooks, equipment labels, and other required documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Instrument Calibration Monitoring: Ensure all analytical instruments are calibrated and used within the defined calibration period.
• Training Compliance: Ensure all required SOPs and project-related documents are read and understood before initiating any activities.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with quality, regulatory, and project teams to meet project deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain Lab Standards: Uphold safety standards and laboratory best practices to ensure a compliant and efficient working environment.
