About the Role:
Pfizer India is seeking experienced frontline sales professionals for a dynamic role in its Vaccines business, focusing on adult vaccination. As a Senior Healthcare Executive, you will be responsible for hospital-based vaccine sales and building long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Understand and align with Pfizer’s business objectives and sales targets.
- Collaborate with district and regional managers to implement effective sales strategies.
- Classify and plan frequency of doctor visits based on sales potential.
Operational:
- Promote Pfizer’s vaccine portfolio through doctor visits and hospital engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and report key market intelligence.
- Book retail orders and support inventory visibility in pharmacies.
- Implement product launch strategies and targeted campaigns.
- Conduct scientific detailing with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain regular records, daily activity reports, and follow approved tour plans.
- Organize round table meetings, speaker programs, and awareness camps.
People:
- Exhibit Pfizer’s core values and collaborate with team members to achieve joint goals.
Financial:
- Meet and exceed sales budgets.
- Support receivables collection and ensure proper usage of samples and promotional materials.

Qualifications:
