Core Responsibilities:

Perform method development, validation, and transfer for assay and related substances

Execute R&D stability studies using instruments like HPLC, UPLC (Empower-3), GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and more
-
Conduct calibration and qualification of laboratory equipment
-
Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and documentation standards (ALCOA+)
-
Handle QMS documentation – incidents, deviations, OOS, and change controls
-
Manage procurement and inventory of standards, reagents, consumables, and spares
-
Draft and review SOPs, raw data sheets, and instrument logs
-
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including global clients

Ensure compliance with GxP, EHS, and Syngene’s quality & safety procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Education: M. Pharm / M. Tech / M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry)

Experience: 0–3 years in a pharmaceutical or analytical R&D environment

Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, and other QC instruments
-
Strong theoretical knowledge of chromatography and spectroscopy

Good MS Office, Outlook, and email communication skills

Ability to work under supervision and follow SOPs precisely
