Job Summary:

As a Clinical Analyst at Navya Care, you will play a vital role in processing and analyzing medical data, supporting cancer patients, and facilitating expert clinical guidance. You will be responsible for interpreting medical records, communicating with patients/caregivers, and supporting research and clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret patient medical reports for indexing and annotation in Navya databases.
• Search relevant clinical evidence and international guidelines tailored to individual patient cases.
• Summarize and send patient cases to expert oncologists, interpret expert responses, and manage case timelines.
• Communicate with patients or caregivers through inbound/outbound calls to address clinical and non-clinical concerns.
• Update case status, collect feedback, and follow up on new medical documentation.
• Support the preparation of scientific research and abstracts by interpreting clinical evidence and research data.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and responsiveness in case handling.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferred Education:
o M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Ph.D. (Clinical Research/Pharmacology)
o B.Tech/M.Tech – Biotechnology
o M.Sc. – Biotechnology
