Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our (QC) team as a Supervisor – SETE. This role involves overseeing and reviewing analytical data, laboratory test reports, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational quality standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities include thorough review and verification of Quality Control analytical data, identification and resolution of discrepancies, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of records. The Supervisor will be expected to investigate and manage out-of-specification (OOS) results, non-conformances, and deviations. This position requires close collaboration with laboratory analysts and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to maintain consistent quality outputs and support continuous improvement.
In addition to routine responsibilities, the Quality Control Supervisor will assist in preparing for internal audits and external regulatory inspections by ensuring that all documentation and lab practices are inspection-ready. Maintaining a high standard of compliance and data integrity is essential in this role.
Qualifications Supervisor – SETE (Quality Control):

Master of Science (M.Sc), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

In-depth understanding of cGMP and GLP guidelines

Strong documentation and analytical review skills

Prior experience in a supervisory or QC role is preferred
