Essential Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy

Relevant Experience

Overall 5-8 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance. Experience in PSMF, safety data exchange agreements, and vendor management.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF)/ summary of pharmacovigilance system (SPS) till approval and submission.
  • Management of Safety Data Exchange Agreements with Business partners/ Distributors globally.
  • Manage periodic reconciliation with global partners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors for local PV activities in Europe.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage distributors.
  • Support for internal or external/regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Prepare and share a document for compliance monitoring.
  • Prepare and share compliance data with QPPV.
  • Assist in handling product complaints and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders for data requests, etc., to fulfill PV responsibilities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Competent in desktop applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
