Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily sample testing for chemical and quantitative analysis
- Operate instruments like GC, IR, HPLC
- Understand chemical properties and proper usage of glassware
- Maintain good knowledge about chemistry
- Participate in team projects and initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, improvement, etc.
- Ensure accurate data reporting in SAP on a daily basis
- Follow safety processes diligently and ensure compliance
- Prepare daily reports for raw materials, packaging materials, and batches
- Update ledgers and files according to ISO requirements
- Conduct various product and process audits as per guidelines
- Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly
- Support in analyzing deviant batches and escalating issues to the Technical function as needed
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other tests as required
- Prepare necessary data for monthly report submissions
- Generate master samples before expiry for quality checks
- Interact with production and store departments regarding batch status and related issues
- Ensure adherence to specified procedures and systems on the shop floor
