The Position: Associate Document Controller
As an Associate Document Controller at Novo Nordisk, your responsibilities will include:
- Distribute safety reports: SUSARs, CIOMS, PSURs, and Investigator’s Brochure (IB) to clinical trial sites globally.
- Participate in knowledge sharing: Engage in skill-building activities and maintain collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications of an Associate Document Controller:
- Education: Post-graduate (Pharmacy, Science, IT, Engineering) or relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Preferably 6 months in web-based Document Management Systems, MS Office, and PDF tools.
- Skills: Communication, coordination, stakeholder management, FDA, EMA, ICH GCP knowledge.

The Clinical Reporting unit at Novo Nordisk consists of experienced Medical Writers, Publishers, and Document Controllers dedicated to creating impactful communications about clinical trials. Our team plays a vital role in managing regulatory documents and distributions, contributing significantly to Novo Nordisk’s regulatory commitments.
