Job Title: Executive Quality Control
Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India
Experience Required for Executive Quality Control Job
Qualifications: B.Pharm / M. Sc. with 1-4 years of experience in Micro QC. Approved chemist licensed candidate shall be preferred.
Skills: Well versed with CAPA, GMP Documentation, should have exposure to regulatory audits such as MHRA, USFDA etc.
Responsibilities of Executive Quality Control Job
- Media Preparation: Perform media preparation, sterilization, and qualification of media.
- Operations: Operate autoclaves, Dry heat oven, LAF & Biosafety cabinets, Culture handling, growth promotion test, etc.
- Environmental Monitoring: Perform sampling and analysis for Environmental monitoring & Water from production area.
- Calibration: Monitor temperature recording of BOD incubators, area temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure.
- Testing: Conduct Bioburden test, Microbial Limit test, TOC analyzer operation and calibration, etc.
- Documentation: Prepare trend analysis, method validations, review documents in Microbiology lab, and maintain all relevant documentation.
