- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP standards and factory safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain area-specific logs and documentation
- Keep stock records updated for received and issued materials
- Prepare daily stock reports for APIs and PDS projects
- Ensure accuracy between physical stock and SAP stock
- Manage inventory for all warehouse-related raw materials
- Generate reports, including rejection reports, retest reports, and MIS reports, and verify their accuracy against SAP documents
- Post job work entries in SAP and conduct monthly stock reconciliations
- Track RGP associated with job work activities
- Maintain records related to QMS, EMS, and OSHA compliance
- Ensure timely submission of GRNs and retest notes for all raw materials per SOP
- Oversee manpower management for team members and casual labor
- Conduct physical stock verification of raw materials, including reconciliation and monthly variance corrections
- Prepare and provide monthly excise-related stock and consumption reports to the commercial department
- Manage all warehouse activities with effective time management
- Coordinate with the SCM team for the disposal or return of expired, non-moving, and rejected materials, ensuring proper documentation
- Train team members in adherence to cGMP, EMS, and OSHA procedures
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the department head.
Senior Executive-Warehouse Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP, EMS, and OSHA standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP or similar inventory systems.
