Chemistry Technical Assistant Post @ NIT Jamshedpur
A written test is scheduled to be held on 29.07.2019, Monday for the post of Technical Assistance in a research project at Department of Chemistry, NIT Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The research project is funded by the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.
Project title: Spatial distribution of uranium and associated water quality parameters in groundwater /drinking water of Seven districts (East Singhbhum, Saraikela Kharsawan, West Singhbhum, Khunti, Simdega, Gumla, Latehar) of Jharkhand
Job Title: Technical Assistant

Co-Project Investigator: Dr Ch. Madhusudana Rao
Total no. of posts ONE (1)
Emoluments Rs. 8,000/- per month (fixed)
Duration As per our requirement of fieldwork and analysis period
Qualification: B.Sc or M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Other requirements:
The applicant should be able to travel extensively for the collection of samples in urban and rural areas. He/ She may be required to do sampling during weekends or stay at sampling stations. Experience in analysis of Environmental samples will be given preference
NOTE:
- Application form and original copy of detailed Marks Certificate & experience are to be produced at the time of the exam.
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing for the exam.
- The post is purely temporary or part-time. TA Service will be taken depending upon our
