Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional for the Analytical Research Development (ARD) role. The candidate will be responsible for developing and validating analytical methods, ensuring compliance with GLP, and supporting method transfers to the QC laboratory. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-4 years of experience in analytical research and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) in the laboratory as per regulatory requirements.
- Develop analytical methods following ICH guidelines.
- Perform in-process, routine, and stability sample analyses.
- Conduct analytical method verification/validation according to the protocol.
- Transfer analytical methods to the QC laboratory.
- Ensure proper documentation as per GLP standards.
- Troubleshoot issues during daily analysis and ensure proper instrument care.
- Develop dissolution methods , perform multimedia dissolution, and handle CDP activities.
- Prepare working standards as per SOP.
Qualifications & Requirements
- PhD or M.Pharm qualification (PhD candidates preferred).
- 0-4 years of experience in analytical research development.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GLP compliance.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
