Job Summary
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for following work instructions and completing assigned tasks while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Responsibilities Fresher QC – Trainee
- Ensure compliance with GLP practices.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop specifications and Standard Testing Procedures (STPs).
- Prepare Stability Study protocols and reports.
- Conduct testing for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), In-Process (IP), Finished Products (FP), and Stability samples.
- Handle sampling of RM and PM samples.
- Manage change control, incidents, and CAPAs.
- Analyze and sample Purified Water (PW) and Water for Injection (WFI) systems.
- Conduct Cleaning Validation testing and documentation.
- Maintain stability and cold room chambers.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished products.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Strong academic and mechanical aptitude.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
