In the department of Research & Innovation, we are looking for an Intern.
- Type of contract: 6–9 months
- Location: Bangalore, India
As an Intern, your main responsibilities are:
- Conducting solubility studies for Actives for cosmetic applications.
- Preparing cosmetic formulation batches with the active ingredient.
- Monitoring the accelerated thermal stability of actives and formulations.
- Coordinating analysis with the analytical team.
- Documenting findings as a report.
To succeed in this position, you have:
Qualifications:
- M.Sc (Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) or M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics).
- Knowledge of the physiochemistry aspects of cosmetic product formulation such as gels, serums, creams, cleansers, etc.
- Preferably completed a dissertation related to cosmetic or pharma formulation with an active or drug, studying its application or stability profile.
You are:
- An inquisitive learner, passionate about handling various equipment in labs.
- A formulator with skills to design experiments.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical, with academic knowledge in hypothesis building and testing.
- Skilled in problem-solving and critical/analytical thinking.
