Job Title: Associate Content Editor – Current Awareness (Chemistry)
Location: India – Hyderabad
Eligbility Criteria:
- B. Pharma/ M. Pharm / M.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Biochemistry graduates are welcome to explore the opportunities available
- 0-2 years of experience in Chemistry or Pharma Domain – Not related to Research & Development.
- Good communication skills – Oral/written
It would be great if you also have
- Elementary proficiency in one or more foreign languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, etc)
- Basic knowledge in chemical structure drawing, Markush identification, IUPAC nomenclature, analysis of chemical reactions and naming them and analysis of synthetic patents.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
It would be great if you also have

What will you be doing in this role?
- Content writing and Indexing by analyzing pharma patents in line with CCI product policies and conventions.
- Achieving target volume deliverables with high efficiency and quality
- Recording of performance against target
- Play an active role in team and maintain awareness of current trends and new developments in Pharma / Chemistry areas
- Upskilling in Pharma / Chemistry / Intellectual Property, Data Analysis and other technical skills
The Current awareness team, based out of Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore has a team size of 20+ members and includes 0-15 years of experience. The team has a diverse group of working professionals in different grades – Associate Content Analysts (ACA), Content Analysts (CA), Senior Content Analysts (SCA), and Principal content Analysts (PCA).
The team reports to Content Managers in India/London. The team members are flexible, dedicated and committed to the work, proactive, efficient, time-bound, self-motivated, accountable, positive outlook, and great fun lovers too. They thrive well in a friendly and positive working atmosphere in Clarivate.
