Job Title: Process Engineer
Eligbility Criteria:
- Have a MSc. in Chemical Engineering.
- Have experience with process simulation software like Aspen, Hysys, Unisim or Petro-SIM.
- Have knowledge of International Codes like API, ANSI, ASME, NFPA, etc.
- Have some experience in process engineering with specific focus on Gas Treatment and LNG Plant to be considered preferential.
- Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to work with minimum supervision.

As a Process Engineer for Gas Treatment and Liquefaction Plants, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the process design of other technologies, as Combined Cycle Plant and capture of CO2 in the exhaust gasses by usage of solvents (i.e., amines).
- Developing the process engineering, for jobs and internal programs, starting from the static simulations (with the use of specific software i. e. Hysys, Aspen, Unisim) up to the issue of the main process documents.
- Contributing to main equipment sizing on the basis of the process data (i.e., columns, vessels, heat exchangers, scrubbers, pumps, etc).
- Performing pressure drops and hydraulic calculations.
- Participating and contributing to design reviews and safety reviews (Hazid, Hazop, FERA, FMEA, LOPA, etc.).
- Supporting vendors inquiries and procurement for main equipment with Manufacturing and Sourcing departments. Follow up of vendors during proposal phase.
Baker Hughes Turbomachinery Process Solutions (TPS) Plant and Module Technology typical applications consist of Gas Compression and Liquefaction plants, single lift modules for Turbogenerator or Turbo/Moto Compressor packages, Combined Cycle and Organic Rankine Cycle Power Generation plants as well as low carbon solutions
