Process R&D
- The candidate must have good knowledge in organic chemistry. He must be able to independently plan , execute the project for complexation. Good knowledge in NMR spectroscopy.
- Good skills and experience in carrying out reactions in multi-gram scale. Good communications, presentation & scientific writing skills. Good knowledge in literature scouting
Analytical R&D (LCMS)
- Genotoxic impurities quantification method development by using the chromatography LC,GC, LCMS and GCMS etc..
- To work on the new product development,regulatory deficiency queries and leverage filings.
- Qualification of reference standard/working standards.
- Develop analytical methods, conduct validations of these methods and transfer method to QC.
- Prepare Method Development and Method Validation reports.
- Compile forced degradation & identification of unknown impurities.
OSD
Formulation R&D
Formulation development of OSD products
- Expertise expected are knowledge about formulation, process, QbD documentation, Quality compliance requirements, etc.
- Perform product evaluation which includes extensive literature search, scientific understanding extracted from different sources and application of concepts in dosage form design and development.
- Complexity assessment of the products and the innovation challenge to be defined for the products which are under evaluation for pre-apex.
Analytical R&D (LCMS)
Planning and execution of method Development for Impurities, Dissolution, Assay, Residual solvents & residue test methods.
- Management of impurity and reference standards
- Planning and execution of method validations studies in line with Brazil market requirements.
- Planning and execution of Dissolution profiles studies for bio media for Brazil market filings.
- Impurity evaluation studies and RRF establishment studies for Brazil Market filings.
- Responsible for tracking of Global development products and ensuring Brazil specific requirements are inbuilt during new product development
Product Ideation & Selection
- To perform Technical due deligence & provide inputs for new product concepts for PSC, Pre Apex, Pre Technical Connect, Apex,
- To Ideate, review & Due Deligence of New Differentiated programs in terms of technical aspects with the help of various tools by collaborating and engaging with respective R&D, Portfolio, Marketing & Medical Affairs to meet the growth objectives of BRaIN (India & EM) for PISCES & EM PM Process of Ideation.
- Well versed with Literature Survey tools and review.
- Technical evaluation of the concepts for Pre Selection/ Ideation / LCM (Life cycle management) meeting with Portfolio & Medical affairs team for Differentiation in existing /new TA’s for BRaIN Projects.
- Contribute to BRaIN Lead Ideation efforts to generate new & differentiated product based Ideas for Introduction into BRaIN Vertical for development
