Project Title: “Three membered strained organic molecules as linchpin 3C synthons for the synthesis of carbocycles/N-heterocycles and their asymmetric synthesis” in the School of Chemical Sciences, NISER, Bhubaneswar funded by SERB, Govt. of India.
Job Title: Research Associate -I
Essential Qualifications:
Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or equivalent from a recognized university.
Desirable: Candidates having experience in Organic Synthesis and catalysis will be preferred.
Monthly Emoluments: `47,000/- pm plus HRA as per rules
AGE: 35 years as on date of interview, age relaxation to entitled categories as per rules.
The above position is purely temporary for a period of one year or completion of project
whichever is earlier and strictly co-terminus with the project. It would, therefore, not
confer any right/ claim, implicit, or explicit for consideration/ absorption against anyNISER post.
How To Apply:
Interested candidates should appear for the interview through Zoom/ Google Meet video
conferencing only. They need to send the duly filled-in scanned copy of the application form given in pages 2-3 of this advertisement, along with scanned copies of all the Educational Certificates by email to [email protected] by 5.00 PM on 28th March 2022. The candidate must also submit the complete CV with publication list, referee details, and summary of research projects undertaken so far.Depending on the number of applications either all or shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview through Zoom/Google Meet video conferencing. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email at least a day before the interview.
