Bachwell Pharma is hiring Research Scientists (2 vacancies) in Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD), molecular modeling and molecular dynamics for organic chemistry graduates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure- and ligand-based drug design from target identification to lead optimization
  • Virtual screening, molecular docking, pharmacophore modeling and QSAR to find and prioritize hit compounds
  • Work with medicinal chemistry teams to propose structural modifications improving binding affinity, selectivity and pharmacokinetics
  • Molecular dynamics simulations (protein–ligand stability, conformational sampling, FEP and binding free energy calculations)
  • Homology modeling and structural bioinformatics support for target validation
  • Documentation in ELNs, publications and patent filings

Education Qualifications:

  • Ph.D, MSC, M.Tech (Organic Chemistry)
