BITS-Pilani Vacancies – Junior Research Fellow Vacancy 2021
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work on the following project sponsored by DST-SERB, under the supervision of Dr. Banasri Roy in the Department of Chemical Engineering, BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan.
Project Title: Study of the Conversion of Agricultural Residues to Catalysts for Renewable Energy Source Production
Principal Investigator: Dr. Banasri Roy
Duration of the project: 24 months
Project position and number: JRF, One in number
Eligibility requirements: M.E./M.Tech. (with at least 60% marks) in Chemical Engineering/Material Science/ Nano Technology or relevant area; M.Sc. chemistry with 60% marks.
Desirable Qualifications: GATE or NET qualified and experience in Materials Science/Chemical Engineering related Laboratory Project work.
Fellowship amount: Fellowship can vary between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 31,000 per month in the first year based on the qualifications as per the rules and regulations of DST-SERB.
