Job Title: Lead /Technical Lead/sr.Technical Lead /Manager/Sr.Manager
Job Responsibilities:Â
As a Lead /Technical Lead/sr.Technical Lead /Manager/Sr. Manager, you will have –
- 5-15 years of relevant experience with proficiency in with rich experience and Exposure to Analytical Chemistry, and E&L Scientist.
- PhD in Chemistry -preferably Analytical Chemistry, extensive experiences in ICP MS, LC-MS, GC MS, HPLC, GC, FTIR, NMR, TGA, etc.,.E&L study experiences GLP / NABL accreditations knowledge,
- Understand state-of-the-art chemical characterization (10993:18) requirements and help write extractable and leachable assessments for devices.
- Manage sample and testing schedule to evaluate analytical results, identify trends and exceptions.
- Perform calculations required for E&L testing (e.g., unit conversions, surface areas)
- Data management (transcription and verification), Write protocols reports, procedures, gap assessments, and data summaries.
- Will require the ability to write technical rationales related to E&L.
- Routinely provide advice and assistance to team members regarding problems and project work and evaluate results relative to product requirements, definitions and/or project goals.
- Maintains and generate documentation in compliance with GLPs.
- Apply biocompatibility standards to the evaluation of Medical devices ISO 10993 part 1
- Identification of the presence of CMR’s / EDC’s, RoHs and quantification per Medical Device Directives, EUMDR 745/2017
- Gap Assessment of Toxicity testing’s available and to be conducted for Medical device classes based on ISO 10993 standards and work instructions
- Preparation of Gap assessment checklists for Non-conformity assessment of Medical devices per ISO 10993 / EU Medical Devices Regulations.
- Toxicity literature survey for the chemical identified in Medical devices, material searches from databases such as Tox Tree, ChemID plus, Pubchem, EPA databases, Tox Planet, Lead scope
- Identification of Worst-case sample for testing based on base materials, Geometry and manufacturing process.
- The candidate will have to work out either from HCL facility situated in Chennai SEZ.
Due to current COVID19 Situation, the evaluation will be telephonic and Video interview as part of two rounds of HCL evaluation. Post selection, the candidate will be able to undergo a remote or online onboard process and will have the option of remote working till work from office resumes.
