Qualifications: Diploma in Pharmacy/Engineering
Experience: 04 to 05 Years of Experience in Pharma Industry
Job Description
- Shall have adequate knowledge for Set up, Operation & Maintaining of Granulation Equipment like HSMG/RMG, FBD/FBE, Mechanical Sifter, Commnitor Mill, Octagonal Blender, Steam Kettle
- Responsible for handling of troubleshooting of Granulation equipment’s
- Responsible for carrying out Product to Product change over & Batch to batch changeover within stipulated time by ensuring GMP compliance
- Monitoring & Recording of environmental conditions in the Granulation & Blending areas
- Should follow cGMP practices in the manufacturing area & should ensure SOP compliance while working in the manufacturing area
- Responsible for carrying out in-process checks related to batch manufacturing
- Responsible for carrying out calibration of Balances & handling of IPQA instruments related to manufacturing areas responsible for Wash area & Material Storage areas

- Should follow safety precautions in the production department\
- Should ensure compliance to data integrity as per laid down system and procedure
- Should have exposure to audits like USFDA, MHRA, WHO (as applicable)
