Applications are invited from eligible candidates for one post of “Project Scientist” for a DST sponsored project titled “Interface Engineering and Development of Hole-Transporting Materials for Perovskite Solar Cells” at Chemical Engineering department, IIT Kanpur.

Scale : Rs.22,000-2200-44,000/- per month (Approximately Rs. 28,600/-)

Qualifications Ph.D. in Physics/Chemistry/Chemical Engg./Materials Science/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. Research experience in electronic materials and photovoltaic devices especially perovskite solar cells is desirable.

Experience : Candidates should have experience in electronic device fabrication, particularly solar cells, and characterization. Candidate should be well versed with operation of sophisticated characterization and fabrication equipment.

How to Apply:

The post is purely temporary for one year and can be further extended on the basis of performance. The institute reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience.
