development.Qualifications:
In this position you need to:
- Have a Master’s degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biotechnology or Bachelors in Chemical Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience in household care projects
- Understanding and hands on experience with home care product applications, consumers and use of them like laundry powders, bars and liquids is highly preferred
- Basic formulation understanding of key technologies in home care products like surfactant, builder, enzymes and polymers is required
- Preferably have experience in product testing (tergotometer, hand wash etc.), new method or protocol development and handling basic lab instruments.
- Hands on experience with industrial enzymes applications preferably in Household care industry will be an added advantage
- Ability to prepare report of experiment, draw conclusions, learning and finding of the same is necessary
- Be a team player with strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
- Be able to work independently and take ownership
- Be creative, take initiative, learn fast, display result orientation and work with challenging deadlines
