NDTL Research Associate Eligibility Criteria

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Biochemistry / Applied Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Pharmacology / Forensic Science; OR
  • Having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after M. Pharm; AND
  • With at least one research paper in Science Citations Indexed (SCI) journal with Impact factor > 1.0

Age Limit: Age not more than 35 years [Relaxation upto 3 years for OBC(NCL) and 5 years for SC/ST categories candidates].

Note: The prescribed qualifications are the bare minimum and should be in the areas specified. Mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.

Salary

The NDTL research associate salary is a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs 58,000/- plus HRA as applicable.

This is the only Laboratory of its kind in the country having state-of-the-art facilities. Additional Information

  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
  • The engagement will be purely on contract basis for a period of one year, extendable for another two years (maximum) or curtailed depending on the satisfactory performance / conduct of the candidate.
  • Notification regarding the list of shortlisted candidates shall be displayed on the NDTL’s website at https://ndtlindia.com/career/. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date of interview through e-mail.
  • Performance of the selected candidates will be reviewed yearly. If performance is not satisfactory, the contract could be terminated with one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu thereof. During the tenure of the contract, either side may terminate it by giving one month’s advance notice.
  • The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications received without assigning any reasons or giving any notice thereof.
  • Incomplete applications or applications without relevant documents are liable to be rejected.
  • The decision of the Director and CEO (I/c), NDTL regarding selection will be final and binding.
