Job Description
The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for conducting chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure product quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role involves operating analytical instruments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to cGMP and GLP practices in the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform chemical and instrumental testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
· Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, and Autotitrator.
· Create and manage analytical methods and data using paperless laboratory software (e.g., DMS, Laboratory Execution System, ONE Lab, or similar).
· Ensure accurate documentation and maintain data integrity as per SOPs and regulatory standards.
· Participate in OOS/OOT investigations, instrument calibration, and audit support activities.
· Follow all GMP, GLP, and safety procedures within the laboratory.
Requirements
· Hands-on experience in laboratory chemical and instrumental analysis.
· Familiarity with analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and Autotitrator.
· Experience with paperless lab systems (e.g., DMS, LES, ONE Lab) preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
· Knowledge of GMP/GLP guidelines and pharmaceutical quality systems.
Qualification
· B.Sc / M.Sc (Any Science discipline)
· Experience: 2 to 4 years in a Quality Control function
