Reports To: Associate Director, R&D
About the R&D Job Role:
The Analytical Scientist Job role will be responsible for performing analytical testing, stability studies, and method validation to support R&D projects, product changes, and research activities across multiple product categories. This position ensures compliance, technical accuracy, and explore in Kenvue careers India and collaboration with regional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities for Analytical Scientist Job Role:
- Conduct analytical testing and prepare documentation following regulatory and company standards.
- Execute stability studies for product shelf-life assessment.
- Develop and validate analytical methods under supervision.
- Manage qualification and calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Document technical findings in reports and protocols.
- Support laboratory processes, data integrity, and quality systems.
- Collaborate with global teams and participate in cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications for Analytical Scientist Job Role:
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy or Chemistry preferred; MSc, B. Pharm, or M. Pharm acceptable.
- 3–6 years of experience in Analytical Development, Quality Control, or similar roles in healthcare, pharma, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of GMP, 21 CFR Guidelines, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and analytical documentation.
